Terms and Conditions

1. Copyright and Ownership

 

All photographs and videos remain the full copyright of Jon Snapaway Photography.

Purchasing any photograph or video grants a licence for permitted use only. Copyright ownership is not transferred.

Images or videos may not be reproduced, sold, licensed, or used commercially without written permission.

 

 

2. Personal Use Licence

 

When purchasing a photograph or video you are granted permission for personal use.

 

Permitted uses include:

 

• Personal social media sharing

• Personal printing for home display

• Saving images or videos for personal viewing

• Fighters using images or videos on their personal social media or athlete pages

• A fighter’s gym or club sharing content on their social media to support the fighter

• Use by newspapers or media outlets for editorial coverage of the event with photographer credit

 

 

3. Uses Not Permitted Without Permission

 

The following uses are not permitted without written permission from Jon Snapaway Photography.

 

• Commercial or promotional use by businesses or sponsors

• Use in advertising or paid promotions

• Use by promoters for posters, marketing or event promotion, except for promotion of the specific event the content was taken at

• Resale or redistribution of the content

• Editing, altering or applying filters to photographs or videos

• Removing watermarks or photographer credit

 

Any commercial use requires a separate licence.

 

 

4. Editing

 

Photographs and videos may not be edited, altered, filtered, or modified without permission.

Raw or unedited files are not supplied.

5. Delivery

​

Digital photographs and videos are delivered electronically via download after purchase.

6. Refunds

​

Due to the digital nature of photography and video products, sales are normally final once content has been delivered.

If a customer is unhappy with a purchase they may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

If a technical issue occurs with a file, a replacement will be provided.

 

 

7. Photographer Use

 

Jon Snapaway Photography reserves the right to use photographs and videos for portfolio display, website use, social media, competitions, and marketing.

 

 

8. Event Coverage

 

Combat sports events are public sporting events. People attending or participating may appear in photographs or videos taken during the event.

 

 

9. Acceptance

 

By purchasing photographs or videos from this website you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
